Shipping:
Velvet Maven only ships items within the 48 contiguous United States. All items from Velvet Maven are shipped via UPS and United States Postal Service. Therefore, items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes via UPS. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after ordering. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be shipped the next business day. Your package will arrive within 3-5 days following credit card authorization. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. SATURDAY DELIVERIES ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS OR SUNDAYS. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping at an additional charge. How can I track my package?
Once an order is placed you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will contain your tracking number which can be looked up on www.ups.com or you can also call customer service at 888.326.2836.
Returns and exchanges:
Velvet Maven is glad to accept a returned item or make an exchange if you are not completely thrilled with your purchase. Call or send us an email to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The item(s) MUST be returned to Velvet Maven within 21 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition (including original packaging and hangers) and accompanied with the original purchase receipt and RA#. Unauthorized returns and exchanges will be refused and returned to the sender. You are responsible for the shipping cost for returned and exchanged items. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Velvet Maven promptly will send you a refund on receipt of the returned items at which time you receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, Velvet Maven refunds you on receipt of the returned items and then bills you for the new items when they are ready to ship.
